Most people have had a cell phone for years now. I know I have for the passed at least five years and I couldn’t imagine life without it. When I lost one I felt completely cut off from the rest of the world, kind of incomplete. After owning a Garmin Nuvi 360 for a while it is quite similar in I couldn’t imagine life without it. The navigation part of my Garmin Nuvi 360, what truly matters and what we are buying it for, is just picture perfect; incredibly accurate and quick to locate signal, choose routes, change when human error misses a turn, etc… In areas that I have become very familiar it is nice to see the Garmin 360 choose the exact same course I would have, and sometimes when it chooses a different route, my own would have been a little bit better but not that often, which goes to show the true evolution of these type of devices!

The touch screen and minimal outer shell is nice, although sometimes I feel like having the volume controls accessed without the need of the touch screen would be nice. ANother thing I noticed on the subject of volume is that incoming calls on the bluetooth handsfree calling come through the speakers much much louder then normal system volume, so if you have that maxed out and answer a call, you may be spooked by the hugely amplified telephone voices :S

I truly love my Garmin Nuvi 360! My favorite part of it has to be how it has removed my stress with driving and traveling outside of my immediate comfort zone, and the confidence it has given me to go out driving all over the place, even at night when I would never have done such a thing before willingly!

I really should have bought one of these things sooner, as before I really let my insecurity with directions and busy roads stop me from enjoying traveling to visit friends and family, and also allowed myself to get worked up over simple sutff.

We recently relocated to a new city due to my husbands job, and our neighbor actually turned us onto the Garmin Nuvi 360 after we described how we were still getting used to and getting lost frequently in the confusing new territory.

They let us borrow their Garmin 360 and we loved it so much and appreciated how awesome it worked that we actually used it to navigate to the nearest store to buy our own Nuvi 360 before we went home and returned theres hehe!

I bought this over the weekend and have had a blast using it all over the city since! I’m a cab driver, so you can imagine that I’m in my vehicle quite a bit and even though I know the city inside and out, I’ve been very surprised at the difference in performance and time saved when I trust the garmin nuvi 360 to choose the most appropriate and quickest routes for my fares!

I give it 5 out 5 stars after using it with my only feelings of unhappiness being with the windshield mounting and the fact that you need to charge it as I sometimes forget to charge it at night and find it running out of batteries. Also One thing I noticed that could be improved on but is not necessarily a big deal and is still understandable is the how the Garmin Nuvi 360 decides to call some street names, especially oddly or foreign influenced names.

We recently spent a bunch of time reading reviews and feedback from customers while trying to research which one we wanted and eventually decided on the garmin nuvi 360 system for its added features at a decent price range.

We knew we wanted a Garmin based on its superior performance having owned some older systems from them and other companies over the years, and the nuvi 360’s bluetooth ability, non-wide screen (so we could more easily put in pocket for walking around and hiking) and other things is eventually why we choose this one.
